Togetherhood Referral Program Terms and Conditions - January 2025

Thank you for participating in the Togetherhood Referral Program. By participating, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

The Referral Program is open to current Togetherhood customers who are in good standing.
Referrals must be new customers who have not previously purchased any program or services from Togetherhood.
Employees, contractors, and agents of Togetherhood are not eligible to participate in the Referral Program.
The campaign is valid for new partners meetings scheduled through the campaign page from 01/22/2025 and 02/22/2025.

Referrer Reward: Referrers will earn $300 for each successful referral.
- A successful referral is defined as a referred customer who:
  - Registers for a Togetherhood program using the referrer’s unique referral link or mentions the referrer’s name during the registration process.
  - Completes the first session of their purchased program.
Rewards are capped at a total of $1,200 per referrer during the campaign period.
Referral rewards are non-cumulative beyond the stated cap, regardless of the number of additional referrals.

Referred customers will receive a $100 discount applied to their first invoice.
The discount will automatically appear on their first invoice after registration and program initiation.
Referred customers must comply with all Togetherhood policies and guidelines to remain eligible for their reward.

Referral bonuses for the referrer will be credited to the referrer’s account and applied to their next invoice after the referred customer’s program has officially started.
Rewards are not transferable, redeemable for cash, or applicable to any other accounts.
Togetherhood reserves the right to delay the issuance of rewards for verification purposes.

Referrers can earn a maximum of $1,200 in referral rewards within a single campaign period.
The cap applies to the total rewards earned, regardless of the number of referrals made.

Only one referrer is eligible to receive the reward per referred customer.
Self-referrals (referring oneself) are not permitted and will result in disqualification.
Referrals must be genuine; any fraudulent activity, including creating fake accounts, will result in immediate disqualification and forfeiture of rewards.
Referrals must be made within the campaign period to be eligible for rewards.

Togetherhood reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Referral Program at any time without prior notice.
Changes to the Referral Program will be communicated through official channels, and participants are encouraged to review the terms regularly.

Togetherhood reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants and referred customers.
Togetherhood may disqualify any participant or referred customer at its sole discretion if they are found to be in violation of these terms and conditions.
Disqualified participants or referrals will forfeit any earned rewards.

Togetherhood is not responsible for any technical issues, delays, or failures that may affect participation in the Referral Program.
Participants release Togetherhood from any liability arising from their participation or inability to participate in the program.
